BIRDSAFE - Bird Net
Scarecrow birdsafe nets offer protection from birds with a range of options to best suit our customers' needs. These include side netting, multi-row nets, over-row nets, and total cover protection.
WINDSAFE - Windbreak
Scarecrow windsafe nets offer protection from the damage crops can suffer due to strong winds such as wind burn, soil erosion, frost and hail. Strong winds can limit the productivity and quality of your crop by breaking branches, lacerating flowers and leaves, bruising the fruit, or causing it to fall before it is ripe. Our nets deflect the wind and provide a safe zone of reduced wind, reduced erosion, and reduced moisture loss.

HAILSAFE - Hail cloth
Scarecrow hailsafe nets offer protection from hail with a system that is both safe and economical. Our nets have an excellent strength to weight ratio, proven resistance to chemicals and moisture, and virtually eliminate any risk from hail while also providing very light shading protection. We now carry both our classic hailsafe and our new LENO hailsafe net.

SUNSAFE - Shade cloth
Scarecrow sunsafe nets offer protection from direct sunlight with accurate shading percentages and high UV stabilization. This helps to create a more productive greenhouse environment by providing uniform shading, regulating temperature, and allowing plants to retain more moisture.

WEEDSAFE - Weedmat
Scarecrow weedsafe ground cover fabrics offer protection from weeds. We offer both a strong, heavyweight , woven weedmat as well as our spunbond polyprop weedmat pro range.

OLIVE NETS - Harvest Nets
Scarecrow olive nets are based on the latest European styling with a half zip velcro centre-line slip. The nets are 95 gsm with green virgin HDPE monofilament yarn with a lockstitch design which prevents any tears or punctures from running through the net. The nets are treated with UV stabilisers and are warranted for 5 years for UV degradation. The net is designed to go around the olive tree and be velcro sealed on the other side. The size is 7m x 7m and intended for one net per tree. The reinforced aluminium eyelets are 15mm ID and spaced every 0.5m. They are designed to be able to be used in a number of ways. The net can be suspended above the ground level on flat or sloping ground using pig tails, roped for suspension, or simply pegged into the ground. The nets are then unzipped after collection and moved on to the next tree.
